What the forms collect

We collect the name, email, operator category, budget range, optional offer, message, source tag and consent choices you submit. We use them to review your request, respond and decide which products could serve interested operators. Do not submit confidential customer information.

Contact and updates

The required checkbox permits a response to your request. The separate optional checkbox asks for relevant future-property updates. It is off by default. Requests are reviewed by Jason; submitting does not create an account, verify your email or trigger a payment. To withdraw an updates request, correct your information or request deletion, email Jason from the address you submitted.

Storage and access

Inquiry records are stored in a private Supabase database and are accessible to the operator through authorized tools. They are not published on the site. We retain them while managing the request or an ongoing relationship, subject to deletion requests and any records that must be retained.

Browsing and abuse prevention

Matching runs in your browser without sending your selections until you submit a form. The site does not install advertising pixels or identify anonymous visitors. A short source tag on a shared link is saved with a submitted request. To limit spam, the form service uses short-lived keyed hashes for rate limits; it does not save raw IP addresses in inquiry records. Hosting providers may process IP addresses and technical request logs.

Services and external links

Vercel hosts this site; Supabase handles forms and storage. Font files may load from Google Fonts. Product previews are separate websites with their own behavior. Sharing uses your device’s share dialog or clipboard; we do not ask you to upload another person’s contact information. RSS can be followed in your own reader.
